Lectures
We aim to host at least one lecture per month on the most relevant international issues. We strive for our lectures to contain useful information for our members and provide a space for knowledge exchange and debate.

Activities
We host various types of activities each year. Some of our popular activites are our afternoon teas, our sittningar/parties and our collaboration weeks togehter with Umeå Amnesty group and Umeå UN Association. When there is an important election coming up we usually host election night-parties combined with insightful lectures.

Travels
Our yearly travels are the foremost way for our members to get hands on experience in another country. The trips act as a way to gain knowledge about foreign state affairs and other cultures but is also a way to meet other young people interested in international issues. When we visit other countries we aim to attend relevant events and arrange meetings with important people and policy makers.
