UPF’s been given the opportunity to send one of OUR MEMBERS to the arctic capital city of Tromsö, Norway, for a Swedish-Norwegian-Finnish konferens with the theme COOPERATION AND COMMON CHALLENGES IN THE ARCTIC the 12-14th of November, with a focus on the civil society’s situation and also the current security policy problems in the area. The konferens is a part of the Nordic Forum of Security Policy, a series of meetings held every other year, and is organized by the Swedish OSCE network in collaboration with the Finnish Committee of European Security (STETE) and the Norwegian Helsinki Committee.
